Paul Horn is a visual artist living and working in Vienna (A). He studied at the painting and animated film department (Maria Lassnig) and the department for stage design (Axel Manthey) at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. He works in the media of painting, photography, sculpture, installation and short film. He was working as a set designer for numerous theater- and film productions. His short films have been shown worldwide at various festivals. Since 1998 he is teaching at the University of Arts and Design in Linz.

Veronika Barnaš lives and works as a freelance artist and curator in Vienna and Linz (A). The mode of her artistic work largely involves research, is space-specific and crosses genres (visual art/literature/theater). Inventor and curator of „unORTnung“ (2007-2011). Studied at the University for Arts and Industrial Design, Linz (A):
 MA „space & designstrategies“ (2006). Since 2014 Assistant at the University for Arts and Industrial Design, Linz at the deparment of Art and Education.

Lecture: Introducing a format for urban interventions and site specific art:

unORTnung“ was a series of exhibitions which adapted various empty locations in Vienna and invited young artists to create interdisciplinary and art in public space projects on the spot and to present them to the public. The unused locations within the city - these non- places – were retaken and consciously adapted to be used as temporary alternatives to the established cultural scene.
