The Trees exhibition in the form of an interactive installation allows public to see thousands of tree drawings that Ante Marinović has maestrally executed over the last few years, using a wide technical range of the art of drawing and an inexhaustible morphological vocabulary of his imagination.

Ante Marinović (1947 Vela Luka, Korčula) completed the School of Applied Arts in Split (Croatia), and continued his education and graduated art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade (Serbia). Thereafter, he obtained the title Maestro de la pietra at the Asmave School in Verona (Italy).
Marinovic participated in 25 domestic and foreign sculpture symposia and received numerous awards for his sculptures in USA, Luxembourg, Italy, Mexico, Japan, Canada, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovenia, Thailand and Croatia. His works have been exhibited all over the world, and are commissioned for the museum collections such as the Museum of Modern Art in Shimonoseki, Japan, or prestigious corporate collections such as the Vatican collection or Microsoft Corp. Collection in Seattle, USA. Marinović has installed 40 sculptures in public space, he has exhibited at 29 independent and more than two hundred collective exhibitions. He is a member of the board of the International Association for Monumental Sculpture Events (AIESM). He lives and works in Vela Luka.
